Although I didn’t come home with a statue (hats off to the queen, Angelique Kidjo), I topped some very awesome best dressed lists for this year’s Grammys! The entire experience – from being nominated for my debut album, to presenting all of the classical awards, to rocking the red carpet – was a life win for me. I was incredibly proud to be wearing a drop dead gorgeous gown by Haitiain designer Prajjé Oscar, with makeup by Haitian makeup artist Reginald Raphael. Like I always say: no matter what you do, look good doing it. And keeping it 100% Haitian was the cherry on top. Check out what Vogue, Essence, Refinery29 and more had to say about the look!
